ABOUT THE
WHITE SANDS WALK
THREE DISTANCES TO CHOOSE FROM
Go at your own pace…
It’s Not a Race
The White Sands Walk is not a race. It's a journey at your own pace exploring the diverse cultural offerings and the landscape of Jervis Bay. Although the full route is about 10km long, you don't have to complete the entire walk to enjoy the wide variety of activities and experiences. You can sample just some of the programs by jumping on the shuttle bus.
What to Expect
There are a variety of surfaces along the White sands walk, from track to footpath and beach. The 5km and 3km walks have been designed to be fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
Please respect the land you are walking through. Take nothing but photographs, leave nothing but footprints.
The Finish Line
The walk concludes at the Jervis Bay Maratime Museum with a finish line, market stalls and lots of fun for the family.
Upon completion of the walk you can:
Collect your Certificate of Completion
